Antibacterial Reception Pens

Our range of anti-bacterial pens are a great way to protect visitors in high footfall areas such as reception desks.

Antibacterial Pens

Crowne Plaza |

Following COVID-19, many of our clients have looked at ways to help protect employees, visitors, and clients from spreading germs.

One of the areas of improvement identified by several organisations was the pens used to sign in at hotels and reception areas. A high-traffic space where pens are nearly always needed and shared.

To combat this, we have been producing several of our most popular pen designs with a protecting antibacterial lamination.

Germ Free Branded Pens

Working with one of our Crowne Plaza Hotels, we produced branded antibacterial reception pens, a sleek push ball pen with a polished finish and an antiviral coating to prevent the passing of germs.

The specialist coating is designed to last the lifetime of the pen, killing 99% of germs. Tested to the strictest ISO standards of antiviral protection, they are manufactured in Europe to the highest standards before being branded with the Crowne Plaza logo.

As well as proven safety properties, Crowne Plaza were also attracted to the eco-friendly nature of the pens. They’re produced in a climate-neutral facility with green electricity and have a long-capacity ink refill.

Antiviral Printed Pens

We have several pen styles available with our antibacterial coating, including Liberty, Superhit and Challenger.

Crowne Plaza selected the Liberty Pen with a red accent of colour to add detail and reflect the company branding.

A popular choice for brands looking to help reduce the spread of germs, particularly in company reception areas, medical environments and high-traffic areas.
