When Scottish composer Erland Cooper created an ambient album specifically for listening to while growing flowers and plants, a seed packet was the clear natural product choice to accompany the LP's launch.
Music label Mercury KX knew the seed packet promotional material needed to be of premium quality to match the nature of the album and approached our team at Really Good Branding to discuss their project.
Produced on a naturally textured, recycled Kraft material, our wildflower seed packets were the perfect addition to the album's marketing, thanks to the quality of the seeds, full coverage printing area and high definition printing.
The wildflower seeds in the Erland Cooper promotional packet are 'RHS Plants for Pollinators' approved - this means they actively support pollinating insects.
Our wildflower mix includes red poppies, blue cornflowers and pink corn cockles, showcasing variety and colour in this seed range specially selected to complement the music.
We offer a selection of seed packet material and printing options to suit the product and purpose. For Music for Growing Flowers, Mercury KX chose our kraft litho-printed wildflower seed packets. Here, the custom artwork and message is printed on a textured, earthy kraft material for a natural finish in keeping with the album's purpose. Of course, this is sustainably sourced and 100% recyclable material.
The fabulous image from the album artwork for the sleeve design, a photo by Alex Kozobolis, was also used for the seed packet artwork.

The intrinsic link between product and promotion also means our wildflower seeds are offered as part of a bundle purchase package with the LP record, which can be found and purchased on their website.
