We were delighted to work with English Heritage to produce branded candles to help celebrate the completion of their 'Belsay Awakes' project at Belsay Hall, Castle and Gardens.
The historic site encompasses a medieval castle from the 14th century, beautifully landscaped gardens and a neoclassical mansion renowned for its Greek-inspired design.
'Belsay Awakes' was a two-year project that saw the development of a 'Wild Man' themed woodland play area and Coach House café next to the Castle, alongside new information displays, site improvements and renovation.
As part of the celebrations, we produced a collection of luxury glass and tin candles for gifting at the launch event.
Supporting local businesses and exclusive to Far'n'Beyond & Really Good Branding, our hand-poured vegan-friendly candles have been carefully developed using soy wax, a cotton wick, premium packaging and incredible scents to achieve retail quality standards.
Following discussions and sampling of our available fragrances, the team at English Heritage selected our highly popular Harwood Lodge candles.
With Harwood Lodge selected and artwork supplied by the creative team at English Heritage, we began production of the candles and the printing.
At Far'n'Beyond we design and develop bespoke retail packaging solutions for our clients, so naturally, we bring those talents to the candle packaging and fulfilment.
Both our glass and tin candles are printed in full colour, with wrap-around specialist heat-resistant labels applied to the top and side of the tins.
The glass candles also have labels on the front of the black or white matt-finished containers. A dust cover is then added to protect the candle and wick before being wrapped in tissue paper and added to the custom-printed box.
Each luxury laminated gift box is fully branded with the English Heritage artwork so recipients receive a unique and beautifully presented candle.
The excellent design from English Heritage was a key component to the success of these candles, ensuring the visual appearance matched the product quality and increasing their value.
