The Skye Bio is produced from a new type of material called a Bio Plastics made from Sugar Cane, this crop is specifically farmed for use in the Bio Plastics industry and as such does not infringe on crops produced for food and feed. As this material is derived from plant sugars it is fully compostable.
Producing a pen with these Environmental and Sustainable credentials would normally be enough however, the Skeye Bio, and by extension, our entire Bio range of pens, goes that bit further. These pens are produced in Europe, in a factory powered by Hydroelectricity.
