All of us at Really Good Branding are delighted to be sponsoring the Unsung Hero Category at the Sherburn Community Volunteer Awards 2019.
Located between York and Leeds, Sherburn-in-Elmet is home to several members of the creative, marketing and production team at Really Good Branding, so when we were given the opportunity to support the ‘100 Club’ and the great fundraising work they undertake for the local community, we jumped at the chance.
It’s the hard work and dedication of volunteers within our local communities that provide valuable support to the young and elderly, manage facilities such as the library and Old Girls School Centre and arrange family events, action days and the annual Sherburn Gala.
At Really Good Branding it’s the collective team who enable us to deliver on our commitment to Quality, Service & Expertise to our clients. However, it’s often the customer-facing team who receive recognition when the finished promotional merchandise has been received.
With this in mind, we selected the Unsung Hero Award as our chosen sponsor category.

In every organisation, there are individuals who work tirelessly to make things happen. Working behind the scenes and supporting leaders, managing teams, planning projects or looking after finances. Giving up their time for the benefit of others and supporting the local area.
If you feel this sounds like someone you know who volunteers for a service within the confines of Sherburn-in-Elmet, please make sure you nominate them for this year’s award.
